The North Costa Blanca (Dénia, Jávea, Moraira and Benissa) is the area with the highest index of housing sales to foreigners with 40% of all its operations.

Non-resident foreign citizens in 2017 bought more than 61,000 homes, 7,000 more than in 2016, especially in the provinces of coast and islands, which is reflected in the northern Costa Blanca, where the sale to foreigners reached last year the 25% of real estate transactions.

The North Costa Blanca (Dénia, Jávea, Moraira and Benissa) remains the preferred province of all of Spain for the European market, with 40% of its sales to foreigners.
