Benissa has much more to offer than its sandy beaches, pebble coves or huge rocks polished by the sea, the Benissa coast has become a place full of calm, where nature and the Mediterranean are the true protagonists.

For lovers of walks, the most famous is the Benissa Ecological Walk, a beautiful route to enjoy coves and cliffs to Calpe.

Feel the sea breeze and warmth and contemplate incredible views of the immensity of the Mediterranean.

The Benissa Ecological Walk has four kilometers of a path that runs along the entire coastline, through which you can learn about its history, vegetation and curiosities of the area thanks to its information panels. A route to do with the whole family, even the little ones will be able to enjoy this pleasant walk.

Along this route you will find places with a great natural heritage. One of the beaches is La Fustera, a charming family area where you can enjoy a good dip in its crystalline waters. The itinerary continues until reaching another of its small wild coves, Cala dels Pinets. Here, as a curiosity, we can tell you that in summer you can take an excursion until you reach Mar Morta i Roques Negres. It is of great scenic and geological interest, but don't forget your slippers!

From here, the section of the route continues inland until it reaches the next cove. The entire route is signposted to make it very easy to get there. Other coves that you will visit on this ecological tour are Cala de la Llobella and Platgeta de l'Advocat.
