Beaches and Coves of Benissa
Join us to discover the best coves on the Benissa coast, where you can enjoy the sun, the sea and the tranquility, a place to find the balance between rest, entertainment and fun. Benissa is a town full of beauty, it is located to the north of the Costa Blanca, and its coast is full of small coves that delight those looking for an oasis of relaxation and tranquility, something that large beaches cannot provide.
Cala Baladrar, a rocky cove with fantastic views of Calpe's Peñón IFach. The shell shape of the beach means that it is protected from the strong easterly winds so the water is normally very calm, ideal for snorkeling as it has a very varied marine fauna and flora.
Cala Advocat is a combination of a sandy beach and a rocky area and is protected from strong waves by a wall, making it a very safe place. It is a very good option for families who want to enjoy the beach and snorkel.
Playa Llobella, we do not recommend visiting this cove with children, access is not easy and you have to cross rocky areas that can be dangerous for children. For adults with pets, it is a paradise! You can bring your dog and snorkel with complete peace of mind. Many people go there also to bathe naked…
Cala Pinets, a small beach of sand and rocks and is perfect for families. It has many shallow natural pools that are ideal for children.
La Fustera beach, a beach with a Blue Flag and Eco-Beach, is ideal for families with small children. Access can be done both by bus and by car, there is ample parking as well as public toilets and showers. There are lifeguards between June and September.
Les Bassetes beach, is a small port with panoramic views of Calpe and the Rock. It is a rocky cove with deep waters, perfect for snorkeling and diving.
