The cuisine of Denia conquers the Norwegian public in the Bergen Food Festival

The tour of the gastronomic culture of Denia did stop early September in Bergen, the second largest city in Norway after Oslo. 1 to 5 September, a local delegation participated in the Bergen Food Festival, the gastronomic and Norway’s most important food fair.
For the occasion, the cook Dénia Bati Bordes, Restaurante El Marino, who prepared dishes of our gastronomy, mainly rice, for fairgoers. Denia on the stand could also enjoy cokes, tomacat, raisins, almonds or sweets provided by companies Denia on the Costa Blanca
In total, more than 4,000 people visited during the fair days the stand of Dénia, better know our gastronomy and supply related to it across the Marina Alta region in the Costa Blanca.
The City Council came to this appointment, as usual, accompanied by Aehtma, plus Biomoscatell and Bodegas Xaló, on behalf of producers in the region.
