Dénia and Marina Alta hosted the recording of the Russian television show Delicious Planet between 24 and 27 March.

Delicious Planet is broadcasted on the My Planet chain, and is one of the most-watched gastronomic shows in Russia and Eastern Europe, Caucasus, Baltic and Central Asia, with more than 75 million viewers.

The program team, accompanied by Dénia Tourism staff, recorded at the restaurant Quique Dacosta, where the chef cooked one of his star dishes this year.

Shooting continued in the fish market in Denia, where the fish auction, the historic center, the Cap de Sant Antoni and various tourist attractions of the city were recorded. The filming ended at the restaurant Al Forn, where chef Diana Cervera showed the elaboration of the traditional coconuts of the Marina Alta.

The Arras / Reserve contract is a private contract where the owner and the buyer agreed between through a document subject to the sale of goods or property through the delivery of an amount of money (signal) to ensure that such property / property is Reserve for that same buyer. It is a type of pre-contract.

There are three types of contracts:

CONFIRMATORY ARRAS / RESERVE

The buyer delivers an amount as proof of the conclusion of the contract or guarantee of its execution that will be subtracted after the final price. If one party fails, the other party may claim compliance with the contract or its resolution and compensation for damages.

PENITENTIAL ARRAS / RESERVE

Also called withdrawal. Either party may withdraw from the contract, being the only type of these contracts that allows it. If it is the buyer, you will lose the delivered amount. If it is the seller, then you must return the amount you have received in duplicate.

PENAL ARRES / RESERVE

The compliant party has the option of demanding compliance with the contract, with the corresponding compensation for damages, which must be proven by the party whose expectations have been frustrated, or resolve the contract where the damages are a penalty.

In case of non-compliance, the debtors may have to be returned doubled, but unlike the penitential ones, only if the parties have agreed.
It is very important to have these concepts clear if you sign a lease agreement, both by the seller and the buyer and both must know their rights and obligations.

Customer notice

The text agreed by the Government, PSOE and Citizens establishes the obligation of the bank to notify those clients with floor clause that a free extrajudicial negotiation mechanism is opened.

Time limit

Entity and client have a maximum of three months to reach an agreement, including a period of 15 days for the client to value the offer made by the bank.

Way to pay

The agreed formula prioritizes that, in case of an agreement to refund the amount collected, a cash refund is made but the door is left open for the parties to agree on another modality, such as the reduction of outstanding contributions.

Taxation
